Privacy Policy

Infinity Finance Ltd (company no. 516280773) respects your privacy. This document explains what personal information we collect on the site and in our service, why, who receives it, and your rights under Israel's Privacy Protection Law, 5741-1981, its regulations, and GDPR-style protections for EU visitors.

1. Providing Data Is Voluntary

You are not legally required to provide us with any information; it depends on your will and consent. Without a name and a way to reach you, we cannot get back to you or provide the service.

2. What We Collect

Information you provide

• Full name, phone, email — via contact forms, calculators, the quiz, booking pages, the WhatsApp widget, newsletter and partner program sign-up, and book purchases.
• Basic financial inputs you enter into calculators and the quiz — stored only if you submit them via a form.
• Messages you send us via a form, WhatsApp or Instagram.
• Agreement signatures — your name, signature, IP address and time of signing, as proof of signature.

Information you share during the service

• Financial documents — such as bank statements, reports and invoices you send us.
• Bank account data — only if you connect your account through open banking, with your consent.
• Meeting summaries — what came up in our meetings with you, for the ongoing service.

Auto-collected information

• IP address, browser type, device, operating system.
• Pages visited, dwell time, referrer source (UTM).
• Cookies for session identification and preferences (e.g. dark/light mode).

3. How We Use the Data

• Get back to you — replying to inquiries, scheduling meetings.
• Provide the service — financial and business management, ongoing support, and the summaries and reports we prepare for you.
• Invoices and payments.
• Email updates — only if you signed up or consented. You can unsubscribe at any time.
• Ad measurement — when you leave your details, we send Meta your contact details hashed: a one-way code that Meta can only compare against its own users. This tells us which ad brought the inquiry.
• Site improvement — aggregate usage analytics.
• Security — detecting and preventing attacks or abuse.
• Legal duties — for example, keeping records as tax law requires.

We do not sell your data to anyone.

4. Who Receives the Data

We share data only with providers that run part of the service for us, and with those you asked to handle your request:

• Storage and hosting — Supabase (database) and Vercel (site hosting). Our servers are in Singapore.
• Communication — WHAPI (our business WhatsApp line), Zernio (Instagram messages), and Google: Gmail, Calendar, Drive and our Business Profile.
• Invoicing — iCount.
• Open banking — Open Finance, only if you connect your bank account.
• Artificial intelligence — OpenAI and Anthropic: replying to messages, transcribing voice messages, and summaries.
• Measurement and advertising — Google Analytics, Meta (the pixel and server-side events), Microsoft Clarity (recording how the site is used: scrolling, clicks and movement), and Vercel Analytics.
• Error tracking — Sentry.
• Partner program — Bucket, when you arrived through a partner's link. A partner who referred you sees your name and the progress of your request, so they can be paid a commission.
• Professionals — when you ask for help with insurance, financing, buying a home or tax, the details needed go to the professional handling your request.
• Authorities — when the law requires it.

Some data is stored outside Israel: our servers are in Singapore, and Google, Meta, Microsoft, OpenAI and Anthropic are US companies. Each provider receives the data its service to us requires, and is bound by its own privacy policy.

5. Cookies

The site uses essential cookies, such as display preferences and session ID. Measurement and advertising cookies — from Google Analytics, the Meta pixel and Microsoft Clarity — are stored only after you accept them in the cookie notice. You can also block cookies in your browser settings; this may affect some site features.

6. Data Retention

• Leads & messages: kept while a business relationship is reasonable, and per legal duties (typically 7 years for tax/regulatory reasons).
• Analytics: 26 months (Google Analytics).
• Functional cookies: until you clear them in your browser.

7. Your Rights

Under Israeli Privacy Protection Law (and equivalent rights for EU residents under GDPR), you have the right to:

• Access the data we hold about you.
• Correct data that is inaccurate, incomplete, unclear or out of date.
• Request deletion, subject to legal retention duties.
• Opt out of marketing — every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can also ask us directly.

8. Security

We use accepted security measures: HTTPS, password hashing (bcrypt), rate limiting, JWT auth, etc. No system is 100% secure — if you suspect a security incident, contact us immediately.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page and on the homepage.
