What's the difference between an accountant and a financial manager?+
An accountant handles annual reports and tax filings. A financial manager works with you monthly — tracking cash flow, analyzing profitability, and helping with business decisions. In short: accountant looks backward, financial manager looks forward.
Do you work with Osek Patur (small self-employed)?+
Absolutely. We support Osek Patur, Osek Morshe and LTD companies. For Osek Patur with low revenue our plan starts at ₪600/month — including first month free.
When should I upgrade from Osek Patur to Osek Morshe?+
You must upgrade when annual revenue exceeds ₪120,000 (2026). You should upgrade earlier if you have significant business expenses (equipment, rent, inventory) where recovering the VAT makes sense. We have a dedicated calculator for the exact break-even point.
Should I open an LTD company?+
Generally worth it above ₪400,000–500,000 annual profit. An LTD gives meaningful tax savings (23% corporate tax + 25–30% dividend), legal protection, and credibility with larger clients. But it adds accountant costs and reporting overhead.
Do you offer online-only service?+
Yes! Most of our clients meet us only via Zoom. Our digital platform lets you upload documents in seconds, and we provide WhatsApp support for quick questions. You never need to come to our Bnei Brak office.
